Perfect location

Pros: Very clean and comfortable ideal for a short break

Pros: Very spacious and a five minute walk to the town it was ideal

Excellent location for Truro city centre.

Pros: Great location, parking space, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms, very clean.

Cons: Damp smell as you enter, bad phone signal on o2, internet a bit slow, noisy kid upstairs running around all day.

Pros: Fabulous location with bonus of parking. The ability to drop the car off early, into the designated parking space, was welcomed.

Cons: Bin bags on the railings above the entryway was a little off putting, re. Kerb appeal.

Pros: The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and very clean and tidy flat.

Pros: Really clean, great facilities. Liked that welcome cuppa provided and even dishwasher tablets. Really provided a relaxing holiday.

Cons: Smelt a little if damp, but I think they had a leak recently and had tried to sort out the issue before our arrival. Wouldn't put us off going back as it was perfect for our needs.

A fantastic base in Truro town centre.

Pros: It's a great base, as everything is so close. We walked everywhere and we are not gym bunnies! We had our own private parking space which was brilliant, as it was right outside the property. There's a fab gastro pub right there on the same road, two minute walk up the hill.

Cons: Sadly being a basement flat you hear every footstep above you in the lounge and kitchen area. However we didn't experience this in the bedroom, so sleep was not affected. We also appreciate the host has no control over this....

Pros: Very spacious and right near the city centre and had parking right outside for when people dropped me off n picked me up

Cons: WiFi didn't work half the time and signal for phone was poor because it was under a stone building. Had big spiders in a couple of rooms that I hoovered up because I don't like them

Pros: Very easy to find and gain access to owner very helpful even providing me with a number for a taxi firm. Flat was neat and tidy.

Cons: Wasn't sure how to get the free to air channels on the TV but found Iplayer so used that.

Excellent value fully recommend

Pros: Property light airy very well kitted out for all you would need in the kitchen Much larger on the inside than expected Host arrived to pick up some washing was really cheerful and helpful nothing was too much
