Pros: Amazing location and views! The place has such a rich history and it was a pleasure to stay there for a few nights. I loved listening to the sea and watching the wildlife outside my window. Very comfy beds. The welcoming staff made me feel at home from the moment I stepped through the door - thank you for a great stay!

Lovely B&B in historic building
Pros: Great location right on the harbour in a 16th century building, perfect for hikers on the SW Coast Path. Friendly welcome and interesting chats with the hosts. Large communal living area with comfy sofas, stove, games and TV. Our bedroom was large, clean and the bed was comfy. Fantastic sea views from all windows, we even had a loo with a view. We slept well with the sound of the sea. We liked the help-yourself breakfast in the communal kitchen, so we could have an early breakfast to suit our schedule. There were lots fresh and tasty options, e.g. croissants and eggs.
Cons: No TV or tea making facilities in the room, not even glasses. However, everything was available in the communal areas.

Pros: Fantastic relaxed hospitality - you just respectfully treat the place as your own - help yourself to breakfast including cook your own eggs. Lovely unspoilt old building that just works, bedroom windows overlook the harbour. Annette had the wood burner on so we were able to dry our soggy walking clothes.Lifeboat restaurant was brilliant for dinner and just a few minutes walk.

The Old Post Office was a timeless, beautiful bed & breakfast in a quiet, charming location.
Pros: I loved the simplicity of it. Such lovely views from the room & a nice, relaxed feel.
Cons: There was no shop in the village (although I believe there will be soon) so I couldโve done with some toiletries and soap. Or at least given a warning that I should bring some.
