I would recommend this B& B and look forward to rebooking

Pros: The owners were very accommodating. They provided teas, coffee, biscuits & chocolates every day, which was very considerate.

Cons: The property was modern, clean & fresh. All good quality products in the room. The sea views were amazing. The B&B was conveniently situated to Newquay town centre. It was quiet and relaxing. Good choice at breakfast. Food was freshly made to a high standard

2 nights in a well run, friendly well located b and b.

Pros: Friendly greeting, beautifully decorated home. It was quite, so we had a good sleep. We had an amazing cornish breakfast.. Its a short walk to the main strip and the beach, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again.

Pros: Everything! Lazy Waves Boutique B&B is amazing in every way! The Hosts are truly wonderful people, and they not only make you feel welcome, they make you feel like part their family. When I booked there sea view room was initially already booked out, however on arrival they had a late cancellation and they gave us a free upgrade to the sea view room. They made our wedding anniversary a very special. Thank you so much Lazy Waves, we can't wait to see you again soon!
