Modern studio apartment with stunning views!

We had the perfect stay. So good we’ve booked it again for May

Pros: What a fantastic property. Open the doors, listen and watch the sea. It had everything we needed. The parking was excellent too

Wonderful short break

Pros: Stunning views. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Really comfy bed and fab bathroom. Excellent communication from host.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Most enjoyable only sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Most relaxing.

Pros: Location was excellent. It is right on sea front with spectacular views of the harbour. While over a restaurant and on a busy sea front all we heard was the sound of the waves. Apartment was clean and with all mod cons. The town and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely place

Pros: Perfect location and view of the sea was amazing. Super clean and the bathroom was a charm.

Cons: A bit noisy, it’s just above the restaurant and I could hear noise from it at night. Check in is too late (4pm). Also, check out is at 10am and I asked the host if could leave at 11am because of my train time and they said it wasn’t possible because they needed time to clean. I mean, do you really need 6 hours to clean a small studio? I thought it was a kind gesture they could have done it. Because of that they’re not getting a 10.

Unforgettable, amazing time

Pros: Everything about the property was exceptional, fantastic facilities, lovely decor , stunning views Could not fault anything , the photos on Air bnb do not do it justice

Great base in St Ives!

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, right in front of the harbour. It was clean and furnished tastefully. The bathroom is great with a separate bath and walk-in shower, 2 hand basins and heated towel rail. The bed is comfortable. If you pre-book parking, a ticket and parking bay are provided for you in a car park that is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is a loading zone very close to the apartment for unloading/loading your bags.

Cons: There are no instruction details in the apartment or on the listing for the oven, microwave and washing machine/dryer - this would be really helpful!

Modern and renovated

Pros: Well appointed large apartment right in the heart of St Ives with ample room for 2 large suitcases. The bathroom looks newly renovated and has a large bath and 2 sinks (bonus points). The only difficulty is finding the door - there should be a mention that it is up a short flight of stairs at the rear of the restaurant. I walked around twice before finding it. Once you find the door, the apartment is up a flight of stairs. Unsuitable for those that find it difficult to carry heavy bags. The parking is a distance away (all parking on the area is) but easy enough to get to if you follow the directions provided

Cons: St Ives itself is very crowded and geared for tourists - needed to book tables for most restaurants. This is not a reflection on the property, more of an observation of how too much tourism can affect a lovely destination
