Pros: The breakfast was delicious with good portion sizes. The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful, eg. looking up bus times for the Eden Project. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like having umbrellas to borrow if needed and extra communal spaces to relax in the house.

Cozy Friendly place, definitely recommend if you are coming with family.

Pros: Very friendly hosts, Steve was super kind and made sure we had a good stay. Sun room to do some reading and smart tv - especially with kids when the weather wasn't the best. The garden looked lovely as well, shame we didn't get to use it coz of the rainy days.

Cons: Everything was great. Not something the property can do much about, but the lack of pavement along the busy road was a bit of downer in taking little one out for a walk into town center.

Lovely little place

Pros: The first thing that stood out to me was the bed, incredibly soft and almost too comfortable! I very nearly slept through breakfast, which would’ve been a real shame, because the pancakes were absolutely to die for! light, fluffy, and full of flavor. Definitely worth setting an alarm for! The room itself was cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom had a touch of elegance with its old-fashioned, Victorian-style décor, stylish and full of character. But what really made my stay special was the staff. They were not only friendly and approachable, but also genuinely helpful. Their local advice was both welcomed and appreciated, adding a personal touch that made me feel right at home. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Between the comfort, charm, and outstanding service, it’s a gem. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town!

Cons: N/A
