Great location and delightful hosts

Pros: Loved our stay here. The location to town, with shops and restaurants, was great. Fantastic view over the harbour! Got our coffee every morning from a cafe across the road. The host and hostess went above and beyond to meet ours needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable , with thoughtful amenities. It was great to be able to reserve a nearby parking space through the host, as there is no parking at hotel.

Cons: Aspects of the room were not ideal for tall people.

The ritz

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Couldn't help you enough. The scrambled egg and fish for breakfast was beautiful 😍

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike

The perfect stay in St Ives

Pros: Excellent hosts, comfortable bed, perfect location, lovely breakfast.

Excellent location, Gorgeous rooms and lovely hosts

Pros: Excellent location. The room was lovely and the bed super comfortable. Robin and Jason were so nice and gave us good suggestions for days out. The breakfast was delicious and they were so accommodating when I made a change or added something. The view from the room was spectacular. Couldn’t ask for a better view and super convenient for the bus and train. The addition of a parking space was a huge bonus and well worth the small added expense. Having the towels replaced a few days into our stay and access to extra things like toilet roll was a nice gesture. We cannot wait to return!!

A little gem.

Pros: Excellent hosts Jason and Robyn who really care about their guests and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay.. We had stunning views from our Harbour Lights room and enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The location is very central and close to the beaches pubs shops and restaurants. The room was spotless with a great shower and very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Even more than what we expected. Made our first stay at St Ives truly perfect.

Pros: Everything about The Rookery is fantastic. The location is spot on with just a 10 minute stroll to the little high street and over the road is the train station leading down the gorgeous beach. The room was lovely, it was clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities you desired. Even the bedsheets and towels were soft and comfy! The breakfast was great, really filling, cooked fantastically and really tasty. The hosts, Jason and Robyn were wonderful, they were super friendly and completely attentive, I feel like they would go out of their way to get you anything you wanted. They made our first time in St Ives absolutely fantastic and easy and comfy! We will definitely be staying at The Rookery again and we cannot wait. Thank you again Jason and Robyn.

Pros: Our hosts could not have been better and our room was terrific, faultless with a spectacular view aspect and location. Highly recommended.

Great stay

Pros: Great location, 5mins walk to the centre. Our loft room had a lovely Seaview and was clean and comfortable. Jason and Robyn were lovely hosts, friendly and accommodating. Good cooked breakfast which set us up for the day. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in St Ives.

Cons: Noisy seagulls! and the bed was just a bit smaller than we’re used to. But minor details in an otherwise wonderful stay.
