Rivendell Guest House

Lovely 4 day stay. When next in St Ives would definitely look at staying at Rivevdell again.

Pros: Good location a short walk into the town. There was parking at the location & having stayed in St Ives numerous times parking is sometimes difficult to find. Decent breakfast & nothing seemed like too much trouble.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Excellent stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, beautiful decorated, spacious and comfortable, and the location was only around 5 minutes from St. Ives station which was perfect. It is also very close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient visit. Their breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Clean and nice rooms. Tracy and Leigh are two very lovely people :) breakfast (3 different options) is delicious and made freshly every day. The proximity to town is about 10 mins. Can only recommend

Pros: Very well appointed and comfortable room, host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great (oh my the sausages...) with lots to choose from. We had a lovely stay and St Ives has so much to offer and this venue is just what you need to enjoy it. It's a short 10 min walk to town so very peaceful during the night (except for the seagulls).

Cons: Our room was on the top floor which wasn't mentioned on the booking description. With one of the party having mobility issues climbing up two flights of stairs was challenging. It wouldn't put me off booking again but all rooms are at least on the first floor (mentioned in the questions section) Also bear in mind St Ives is VERY hilly (but you can't change that!)

Cons: Bathroom door was sticky at times. Steep walk uphill.
