Fantastic host, great location, super clean accommodation, all you need for a memorable stay.

Pros: The host is exceptional - Luke was always there to answer the many questions we had, he gave us ton of advice on local attractions and facilities. Milk of our choice was left for us and we knew exactly what to do in case we needed any assistance. Would really recommend this host for any future visitors - we were superbly looked after!

Cons: The only drawback was that we had two lively groups next to us, on either side. Given the type of accommodation, noise travels easily so we felt disturbed into late evenings and early in the morning.

Clean, well equipped, easy commute to Newquay

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and it was equipped with all the necessary items to help with self catering. The bedding was quality and each room was visibly well maintained. We will definitely return.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Maybe add a hook to the inside of the bedroom doors for dressing gowns.

Pros: Everything was perfect. It was a darling little cabin in a peaceful location. A great base for us to explore Cornwall. Apart from the wet and windy weather at the time we had enough sunny breaks to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Luke is an amazing host. Was so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly with any enquiries. He was able to accommodate us for an extra night which was so handy . Would highly recommend and will certainly visit again when we get the chance

Pros: Hosts are very friendly & helpful!The caravan is well positioned, easy to find with ample parking. Very modern, exceptionally clean with high quality toiletry products and had a welcoming homely feel with comfy furnishings and house plants. The outside decking area was really nice and safe as it had a gate that ensured children/dogs were enclosed and nice reclining chairs were provided.

Pros: It was absolutely spotless! So clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was not a small shop on sight, but that’s our fault of not checking before we left! The nearest is only a 5/10 min drive away.

Pros: The owner was very friendly from the start and the video on how to get here was very helpful. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable and we all had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: Instructions on how to use the oven ( which was gas ) would have been helpful. Another set of towels would have been nice, especially with there being no washer machine. Or maybe info on local laundry services. We arrived late but the place was still very hot.and could have done with a fan.
