Luke is an excellent host, making sure everything is ok and if anything was needed. Would definitely recommend a stay in

Pros: Lovely and comfortable, everything was there that was needed. Really good quality duvets and pillows. Really clean. Coffee and tea making facilities, which is much needed after a very long journey.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. Ideal location for surfing and beach activities.

Pros: Clean and modern. Good lighting. Spacious but cosy.

Cons: Could have been a little warmer.

Warm comfy and quiet

Pros: Very clean, warm and comfy, everything you would need in the caravan,shower nice and powerful ,good quality towels and bedding, mattress not so comfy but ok for short stay, lovely gesture to supply milk ect ,excellent host. Nice quiet setting as out of season no shop on site, there’s a little cafe/ bar walking distance from caravan but no lighting after dark, Padstow 10 min drive and a little farm shop not too far, overall if you like peace and quiet it’s definitely worth staying out of season we would definitely stay again thanks Luke

Five Star Caravan and Five Star service from Luke⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: It felt like a hone away from home. Wifi was perfect. Heating temperature could be adjusted when needed. Decor was the best I’ve seen, the sofas, beds all very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The best caravan I have ever stayed in over many years of such holidays.

Cons: Nothing at all

Family getaway which was enjoyed by all.

Pros: Very quiet as we hoped for. Host very helpful and friendly.

Cons: A couple of the radiators had been turned off by a previous occupant so didn’t work.

Pros: We couldn’t of asked for more ! The caravan was modern clean and luxurious we were so lucky to have such a great host along with excellent and fresh site staff . This I can categorically is an exceptional holiday location that’s within easy reach of some beautiful places along the coast .

Pros: Lovely quiet site , close to all 7 beaches. With lovely food restaurants nearby. Luke our host was excellent and lots of little touches made it perfect so a big thankyou to Luke

Highly recommend this great place with a super host

Pros: We just came back from Easter weekend and I can say one of the best stays. Thanks to super host Luke who makes sure that we have everything that we need. Our caravan was super clean and fully equipped with coffee tea and milk. Park is located in a beautiful spot surrounded by gorgeous Beach so we could admire a Lovely sunset in a cool Beach Bar. Definitely, we will be back !

Pros: Luke was a fantastic host. The place is home from home. Clean beautiful and has everything you need. Caravan, it's nothing like it. The camp is perfectly quiet, brilliant location. From the moment I booked to leaving luke was there for anything needed.
