Pros: It was like a home from home. Everything you needed

Well equipped, spotless and comfortable chalet in quiet location

Pros: The chalet is small but perfectly formed! There’s everything you need. The living area was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. The site was very quiet (although we were there out of high season), with a lovely view of Widemouth Bay, and great location near Bude.

Cons: The shower was a bit noisy but that was down to the pump/low water pressure - not much you can do about that. The heating was set to come on when we didn’t really need it - it got very hot overnight - would be good to have instructions on how to turn it down (didn’t want to mess it up!)

Pros: We had a great stay. Beautiful location and chalet had all we needed. Very peaceful and quiet. I will miss the views in the morning! The swimming pool is also a great option to have with kids on a rainy day!

Cons: The only thing that was missing was WiFi. Even at the club house we couldn't get online. But we made do with mobile data!

Perfect little family break

Pros: If you're seeking a peaceful escape away from tourists and crowds, this location is ideal. Nestled in a quiet area, it offers a true retreat with stunning natural beauty. The local beaches are absolutely gorgeous and officially boast the cleanest waters along the coast — perfect for swimming or simply relaxing by the sea. The surrounding landscape is equally spectacular, with breathtaking views in every direction. For supplies, you'll need to take a short drive to the nearby town of Bude, where you’ll find well-known supermarkets like Lidl, Morrisons, and Sainsbury's, along with a great selection of pubs, restaurants, and gift shops. On-site, there's a generously sized indoor pool — a huge bonus if the weather turns — plus a relaxing spa and a cozy bar. There’s also plenty of green space for kids to run around, including a well-equipped playground for the little ones. And those views? Truly jaw-dropping.

Cons: Bad mobile reception! 😄 but that's down to my provider and nothing else. If you are with o2 be prepared for a struggle.

Pros: Well equipped chalet with some Lovely touches and biscuits for us when we arrived thank you. We loved it.

Cons: We did not realise the pool wasn’t open (I may have missed this info on booking.com). We were told in a welcome email from hosts.

It was perfect for me on my own with my dog.

Pros: The property was perfect for me and my small dog and the kitchen facilities were brilliant with plenty of the things to use for cooking and the shower was to die for.

Cons: Maybe a touch more room in the kitchen cupboards for food and maybe a small hoover would be good just to keep the floors clean a touch easier but that’s only tiny things that I’m scrabbling for.

Pros: We had amazing view from this place. Chalet was modern and had all essentials in it. The holiday village was a good place to stay. We will definitely recommend this as a budget holiday in Cornwall ☺️
