Luxury home near Fistral Beach

Great spot for families or a group of friends

Pros: The location is great and the house is lovely. 3 really good-sized rooms upstairs and a great little annexe downstairs. Showers in the main 2 bathrooms were really good. The double shower and steam room in the master was a particular favour. The garage space is also really handy, with a small shower block to hose off the equipment after a day at the beach. Beach towels and few buckets and spades were also in there so really useful for a day in the sand! A small play park across the road for the kids to play in, and a very short walk to the beach. It's a great spot for families and a group of friends to access Fistral Beach and the centre of Newquay.

Cons: It's not negative, but I think a welcome pack would be useful. There were a few things that we had to hunt around for, the extractor fan remote, and how to turn the towel rails in the bathrooms on. There was only 1 spare toilet roll. There were 8 of us staying so 4 toilet rolls was always going to be a stretch. It's just the little additions that would have helped us score a 10.

Perfect family holiday home

Pros: Beautiful property, great facilities, really well kitted out (even had things like beach towels and body boards you could borrow!). Owner super friendly and helpful. Had such a fabulous stay!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Very spacious, perfect for a big group. Spotless on arrival and throughout. Amazing location, near to everything!

Cons: We couldn’t work out how to turn the heating on. At times the house was cold due to the size of the property.

Excellent house for family stay

Perfect house in a perfect location.

Pros: The house is really beautiful with loads of natural light and gorgeous, beachy decor. The location is fantastic ! It' so close to Fistral but its actually also really close to the town beaches, The Gannel and town itself. It's well equipped and such a social space-especially with the doors open.
