Charming hotel in a lovely town. Highly recommend!

Pros: One of the top five breakfasts at hotel ever! Lovely, nicely decorated room with comfy bed. Best bathroom I’ve seen anywhere in the UK, clean, fresh and pretty, and a nice, warm shower with good pressure. Fantastic wiew of the town and the sea. Nice little honesty bar. Super warm welcome. Brilliant. Yes, a bit on the pricey side, but great value!

Cons: The only ”negative” was finding the way there, the gps cannot be trusted with this adress and tried to lure us onto stairs and whatnot. Not the hotels fault, of course, but good to know if you are getting there. Plan for delay!

comfy, well run guest house on Looe's sea front.

Pros: If everything else hadn't been splendid, the view from the breakfast table alone would have been worth the stay. What a spot - close by but overlooking the whole of Looe. Good breakfast, comfy bed, excellent facilities.

Cons: If only they'd had the foresight when building this house in 1920 to plan a car park suitable for the vehicles of 100 years later! A couple of staircases less steep and narrow and better suited to veteran limbs would've been a good idea while they were at it.

Pros: From start to finish our stay was perfect. Natasha and Richard were the perfect hosts, the room (West Looe) was beautiful with a sea view and to our surprise came with a private roof terrace with perfect views of Looe beach and across the harbour. A great choice of breakfast options and cooked very well, with a beautiful view whilst we ate. The property is very well located with a short walk into town, or catch the ferry boat for £1! A perfect break away, I would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.
