Perfect base to explore Cornwall.

Pros: Hosts were brilliant from the moment of arrival until our departure. Breakfast was a la carte and always delicious. Beautiful view from our room and the sunroom below us.

The room and views were stunning. The hosts were incredible. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had anywhere.

Pros: Fabulous room. Andrew and Stephanie are the perfect hosts. This is the best value hotel that we have stayed in during a stay in Cornwall and there have been very many.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike.

Pros: good position in looe with parking which is a bonus, great views from windows, breakfasts varied and cooked well. Stephanie and Andrew very friendly. would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in looe

Pros: Great location, lovely view from our Riverside room Breakfast was very good, excellent choices, cooked and presented very well. Also so nice to have fresh fruit and not tinned Hosts Andrew and Stephany made us very welcome

Cons: The shower room was very small. But would not put us off going back and staying in same room
