Pros: Lovely, comfortable, quiet room with a window seat to enjoy the view out over Fistral beach. Quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to all of the shops and cafes/bars in Newquay. Easy walk to a choice of beaches. Car parking nearby and right on the coast path. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: We knew when we booked that there was no breakfast, so not a criticism, but a breakfast option would probably be an additional benefit for the guest house.

Pros: Loved our stay here! The view from our room was beautiful and there was the cutest little window seat to look out at the sea. The location was great! The guest house itself is so funky and thoughtfully decorated. They even had books related to the theme of the room. So cute. The hosts were super friendly and very responsive. All in all absolutely fabulous place.

Cons: My only complaint (which is probably something only I would complain about) was I could smell the laundry detergent on the sheets. I'm highly sensitive to fragrances so sleeping was tough despite the bed being super comfy. Also a mini fridge would be a welcome touch!

2nd stay at this lovely small guest house, hosts are great and the communication from them was excellent.

A night away in a very arty guesthouse in a great location with a wonderful host.

Pros: Amazing host. Amazing artwork. Plenty of amazing artifacts to look at. We stayed in the Elvis room. We are not massive fans but enjoyed the style and were comfortable. The creative interior theme is throughout the guesthouse.

Cons: Lighting options were quite bright, some warmer less intense lighting would be a welcome improvement. Bathroom door kept opening. Musky smell in hallway. no free or subsidised parking.

Great location, homely feel, wonderful owners, excellent place to stay

Pros: Loved my stay here. Had a homely feel, in a great location and Lucy was a wonderful host. The bed and room were super comfy and clean, and had a great view down to the sunset and Fistral Beach. Very happily enjoyed my stay here and would easily stay again if I returned to Newquay.

Cons: Can’t fault!

Pros: This guest house is first class. The owners are so friendly and accommodating and the small details in the room helped to make a lovely stay for us. We loved the great coffee machine in the room instead of the usual cheaper sachets in most hotels. Our room was the Elvis room and was amazingly decorated in Elvis memorabilia. The views are brilliant and the guest house was so peaceful. The quirky design and decor are very different from anywhere else we've stayed at but we loved it. Don't be put off by the guest house not doing breakfasts either as there are so many brilliant cafes close by. We will definitely be going here again in future.

Cons: We found everything to our liking.
