Matt and Sarah very welcoming and friendly even left the dog some treats for the room.

Pros: Matt and Sarah showed excellent customer service, so much so that within 10 mins of a message about the shower Matt had fixed it. Also the place was very clean and well kept. Thanks for the great stay

Pros: I loved how clean and cozy the place was and how conveniently located it is to the beach and town centre.

Cons: Nothing about the guest house, but just the parking nearby (South Fistral Parking). The pay machine did not work for 2 days, called the number posted on the signage but they denied that it was under their management. No one could help about it. I just hope we don't get a penalty letter.

It was perfect. 10/10! Matt and Sarah are very welcoming and accomodating. We were relaxed the whole stay.

Pros: It was near Fistral Beach and High street. Near newquay station as well. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Pros: Good location close to the beach, opposite the facility there is a playground for children.clean and nice owners, but no parking space at the facility but there is a parking lot opposite the facility where the playground is only that you have to pay but one plus is that you don't have to drive anywhere because everywhere is close to the beach, shops and other places that you can see.

Great place to stay

Pros: I stayed at Breakers with my husband and son. We had a nice room with a great view. There was a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar provided. Also, we had our own sink in the room. Sarah and Matt were very friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. Highly recommended.
