surpassed all expectations that we had.

Pros: location was spot on, the property itself surpassed all our expectations , very clean everything we needed was there , all amenities were within easy access , this is a perfect property for a family base to visit Cornwall

Pros: Perfect location for us as a base for visiting and entertaining friends in the area. Close to all amenities. Spacious yet cosy. Very comfortable with everything you need in a home.

Cons: Only thing would be the shower. Needs a shower mat and handles as it's high-sided and gets slippery.

Pros: Location was perfect, central for visiting north and south coasts. Everything we needed was supplied. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Excellent facilities, warm and dry, good cooking utensils and equipment etc. Nice bathroom and shower

Cons: Sofa and chairs in the living room were a little uncomfortable. Instruçtions re rubbish disposal not clear so we took ours home. Neither of the Dyson vacuum cleaners were of any use as had no suction. However it seems nitpicking to mention these things as overall the house is outstanding.
