Treworgie Barton - Duchy

A great stay in a great location, in a lovely cottage.

Pros: The cottage was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very spacious. The hot tub especially was a highlight.

Cons: Everything was as described so there was nothing not to like.

The ideal place to switch off and relax.

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Warm and comfortable. We loved having the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the games room.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Extremely welcoming and friendly with everything you could need to hand

An exceptional cottage in a perfect location with easy driving access to pubs and restaurants as well as lovely walks.

Pros: Extremely well equipped. Very clean . The layout of ‘The Duchy’ suited our three couples perfectly with great accommodation on three levels. Location was fantastic. The EV charger on site was worth its weight in gold!

Pros: Great location, lovely property, spotlessly clean. Lovely owners, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The cottage was spotless and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. The basket of hot drinks sachets was generously filled and the hot tub was in a lovely secluded garden with lots of birds to watch and hear. Extra towels are provided so you have one for showers and one for the tub. It was great to be able to charge my car and the charging app and process was very straightforward. Nearby walk from the beach a couple of miles down the hill and a lovely pub dinner at the end! Beautiful sunset and peaceful surroundings even in June.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: Hosts very friendly. Accommodation and setting was exceptional. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Duchy cottage - beautiful, comfortable, and serene.

Pros: Duchy cottage was absolutely lovely, very clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn't really use the hot tub on the first evening because it wasn't heating up, but a chap sorted the problem and it was fine for the Saturday. The owners/staff that we met were really nice. There is a small games room that the teenagers enjoyed. It was a very quiet and picturesque location. About 10/15 minutes from Bude, but there is a shop just a couple of miles (maybe not even that far) up the road.

Perfect location, property and facilities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Everything! We couldn’t have asked for more. The hot tub was lovely, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need. The games room was a great extra which kept us all entertained. We booked last minute and the hosts were really accommodating. Thank you so much.

Cons: Nothing, we will definitely look to book a return trip.
