Stunning

Pros: The accommodation was excellent all the Lads enjoyed there stay there

Cons: The bedrooms were comfortable and large, plenty of room in the lounge area and kitchen

Had a lovely time.

Pros: The location of the property was excellent and the facilities within the property were good.

Cons: The property was dated and a few items needed fixing like a trim that fell off and some lights not working.

Wonderful location and clean, spacious property.

Pros: The accommodation was clean and spacious. It is a wonderful location with a sea view from the garden. The kitchen had everything you could need, although a new tin opener might be a good idea.The beds were comfortable and had ample room for 9 of us. Overall it was furnished very nicely. I liked the layout of the property. We will definitely look to return.

Cons: Deck outside was unstable and needs replacing. We had a disabled member of the party who was uncomfortable going outside because of the deck. Also, the ceiling light in the lobby area is very low. Anyone over 5ft 7in will hit their head repeatedly. We had two members over 6ft 3in, so it was a game of total wipeout.

Perfect property with stunning views of the sea and excellent location

Pros: The location was superb with Widemouth Bay beach at the end of the road and other resorts only a short drive away such as Tintagel and Padstow. The property was perfect for our family holiday of 8 people with all amenities covered, a nice garden area to relax, lovely comfy beds and nice and clean throughout.

Cons: These are only small things but the bin didn't seem big enough to cater for up to 10 people for a week. It was full when we got there but even after it was emptied early in the week we still had bin bags we couldn't fit in at the end of the week. Also we found the windows and doors really draughty so it dropped quite cool in the night and we could hear the wind blowing through like they were open.
