The Neyth

Perfect location for exploring beautiful attractions in Cornwall. Lovely property!

Pros: We had a wonderful weekend in this exceptionally clean and cosy accommodation! The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely modern hot showers, the view was spectacular, fully equipped kitchen and an excellent base for exploring this end of Cornwall!! I've seen comments regarding access to the property, but maybe they are not used to some of the Cornish roads! We visited Trebah Gardens as only 15 mins away. A must visit all year round, we had a cream tea at Lizard Point, only 35 mins away. A lovely Sunday roast in St Ives and great fish and chips at the local pub The New Inn, 15 min walk away. The staff were lovely and welcoming. St Michaels Mount was 20 mins away and worth the boat ride! All in all lots to do even in October, and it was quieter out of the school holidays!

Cons: Only having 3 days here!! :( Will definitely return!!

Pros: Loved the setting and the views. Everything was very thought out and the whole family had a pleasant stay. Great communication from the owners too 😊

Pros: We loved our stay at The Neyth. Thank you! The view was absolutely stunning and the accommodation was so clean and comfortable. It was great that the place had 2 en suite toilet/shower rooms. Thanks also for accommodating my last minute request regarding sleeping arrangements - very much appreciated.

Cons: We we very surprised not be find a microwave at The Neyth. It would have made food preparation/heating much easier rather than having to rely solely on the hob/oven. Also, it wasn't easy operating the smart tv and in particular the volume control. Better instructions, a separate remote, etc would have been helpful. Thanks very much to Emma for coming over to address this. Other than that, everything else was wonderful!

Pros: The views! What a stunning location. Beautifully thought out with everything you need for a relaxed stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great value in the off season.

Cons: If I had to find something it would be the boiling water tap...I prefer a kettle to make tea. But there is literally nothing else negative. This place is fantastic.

A great place to stay, with excellent views from first floor open plan living space.

Pros: Easy access into the property via the key safe box. Open plan living, large gable end window with a southern aspect providing great views over the area and out to sea. The central island provides the focal point in the living area with the TV contained within one side which makes best use of the space. Cons: The only issue, which to be fair is not a showstopper is that if the main route to the property is through Mabe Burnthouse village and up Trenoweth Lane, it means that you need to turn the car around to get the right angle to go through the access gate. There is room to do this at the end of the adjacent property's driveway, and the access road is a quiet lane. .

Pros: sehr ruhige Lage, kein Lärm, tolle Aufteilung der Wohnung, kostenlose Zwischenreinigung, ideal für Allergiker, kein Schimmel, keine Haustiere erlaubt

Cons: Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet, ein paar Basics haben gefehlt, aber war ok, Betten zu hart und etwas schmal, aber ok, sehr warm im Dachgeschoss, keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren

Pros: Eine sehr durchdachte und saubere Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick aus dem Panoramafenster ist das Highlight!

So lovely would stay again!

Pros: Lovely little get away. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was incredible and the beds so cozy!

Cons: Would have liked a lock on the bathroom and some information about the area, what to do with the bins etc.
