Lovely apartment with great view.

Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with great view and centrally located. Good facilities provided, and tastefully decorated. The agents were responsive.

Cons: There were a few details that required attention: the hairdryer didn't function, but then, on the last day, I discovered another one! Batteries needed for the TV remote and the kitchen clock, but if you're on holiday you shouldn't be watching TV OR the clock, so no worries. I would have liked to have seen a gas safety certificate displayed somewhere.

Excellent comfortable apartment with sea view

Pros: Great location with views out to sea. Very comfortable

Cons: It just needs a little bit of TLC in a few places eg bedroom door handle was loose and toilet seat but nothing major

Pros: Close to the centre of St Ives and lovely beaches...very steep roads though...but beautiful views from the apartment

Cons: The apartment wasn't clean, lots of stains and hair everywhere, towels, duvets, beds, carpets. Nice apartment but attention to detail when cleaning is required

we´ve enjoyed our stay very much and like to return one day

Pros: great location and views over bay and city light rooms, spacious apartment for 2 people

Cons: some things need to be repaired: the shower (hose, door are broken) in small bathroom dining table has a broken surface

Pros: Great view, enough space, good amenities in the apartment.

Cons: only downside, wifi was quite chaotic. Also, carpet on the floor which is not super nice in a rental.

Pros: Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Auch der Blick entspricht genau der Realität. Das schöne ist, das man in beide Buchten von St Ives schauen kann. Allgemein die Lage ist super für St Ives, um alles fußläufig super zu erreichen und auch einen Parkplatz findet man immer auf dem öffentlichen Platz direkt gegenüber. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es gibt alles mögliche an Töpfen, Geschirr, Schüsseln etc. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist auch nicht hellhörig, wir haben kein einziges Mal von irgendwelchen Nachbarn mitbekommen.

Cons: Es wäre schön, wenn es andere Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern gäbe, um die Zimmer abdunkeln zu können. Die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur könnte vorgenommen werden ☺️

Pros: Lage direkt fußläufig zu Hafen, Strand aber auch Natur mit Küste und Küstenwanderweg, schöner Ausblick aus der Wohnung, Ausstattung mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, 2 Backöfen

Cons: Teppichboden in beiden Bädern

Pros: The location was great. Close to everything. Emily was very responsive. The flat itself was beautiful with gorgeous views.

Pros: Fantastisch! Traumhafte Lage mit himmlischen Ausblick (es geht steil bergauf, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist). Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr charmant und die wichtigen Dinge (Matratzen, Sanitäranlage) sind top. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt und wir wurden mit einem entzückenden Willkommensgruß überrascht. Auch die online-Betreuung war super schnell und herzlich. Uns hat's extrem gut gefallen -wir kommen wieder!
