Perfect, would definately book again and return. Easy to book, fab communication, and a gem!

Pros: The apartment was lovely, perfect for us, and just what we needed. The fact there was some milk in the fridge was a lovely surprize, we travelled for 3 hours and just wanted a cup of tea, and could have one, thank you so much! Beds were really comfy, shower was amazing, Towels were soft and fluffy, and the heating was quick to heat up and sky TV was a bonus, Smeg and Neff appliances and a microwave and dishwasher were lovely.

A very nice stay, Carbis beach one of the best in UK, perfect !

Pros: Great location, 10 minutes downhill to Carbis Bay beach, 20 minutes back up but the views were worth the walk at sunrise and sunset, it was like a twice daily workout.

Cons: Busy main road but not a deal breaker, you just have to be careful when crossing. Outside space has a gravelled area which wasn’t ideal for me or our dog, grassed area or astroturf would have been better. Car parking shared with next door, and not very spacious.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Would stay there again.

Pros: Great apartment in a great location with amazing views. Bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need and more- well equipped kitchen. Had a pint of milk, salt and pepper and oil, couple washing pods, and essentials until we went to a shop. Found ice cream in the freezer, so we bought more and left one for the next person. Would definitely stay there again. Dog friendly and even had some dog bowls there for our furbaby. Had loads of games which we enjoyed playing in the evening. I could have happily lived there for longer. Had loads of leaflets for local attractions and things to do. Only a short walk to the bay and beaches which were beautiful. The booklet told you where are the nearest shops, chemist and doctors were which was very helpful.

Cons: Would have liked a later check out time but that's personal preference.

An enjoyable few days

Pros: The location was ideal, with amenities within walking distance. Also, for those able, St Ives is within walking distance, either by road or costal path. The property was generally clean, with the kitchen area being well provisioned with all mod-cons. Both double beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons: The toilet pan wasn't clean on arrival, however this was soon rectified. Also, the sofa in the living area wasn't totally comfortable.
