Sea Spire Coach House

Just perfect!!!

Pros: The quiet location was perfect with short walk to the harbour and beach and close to lovely gardens, the Eden Project and other beaches. We found the holiday home very clean and perfectly equipped with extras such as coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits. Much attention was put into detail with regards to decoration and nice furniture. The beds were very comfortable. Alltogether we felt a lot like home. The host was very friendly.

Great apartment in a superb location

Pros: The property was spotless and had a good selection of towels and great bedding. The location was superb, well placed for the local beaches, Eden Project and pubs etc. Rianne provided dishwasher tablets and washing pods for the appliances and the kitchen had a good range of appliances.

The perfect place to stay!

Pros: Everything was perfect. The coach house was well equipped, had 2 beautiful bathrooms, the beds were comfy, and we had a lovely stay. There was also parking for one car, and the location was fantastic!

Pros: Great location, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Pros: Brought my 17 year old autistic grandson for his first little holiday....he said he would like to live there 😀 That's very high praise from him! Would love to stay again .

Great apartment close to Charlestown and local attractions

Pros: It was close to the restaurants and beach in Charlestown and was a good location for near by attractions making it a perfect base for exploring. Parking was really useful and the rooms were bright and airy and the apartment facilities were good

Cons: The curtains, particularly in the bedrooms, could benefit from blackout blinds. Especially in the child’s room with the bunk bed as we visited in June

Excellent value in a quiet spot just minutes from the coast

Pros: Quiet, easily accessible, comfortable and excellent vfm

Cons: Absence of softer side lighting in the living room - ceiling lights alone were quite harsh

Sea Spire was just perfect for what we needed.

Pros: Sea Spire was just perfect for what we needed. Our teenage daughter was able to have her own bedroom, which she couldn't have had if we'd stayed in a hotel. The accommodation was all newly done and had pretty much everything we needed , down to washing up items and T.Towels. It was only 10 mins walk into Charslestown and perfect location for visiting The Eden project. We all had a lovely stay and didn't want to leave.

Cons: There was a little confusion when entering into fettling lane to find the property as there are cars parked on the road, which made it tight to get around. There was a group of children playing outside at the top of the road, throwing a child's scooter around and making a lot of noise, which you could see from the dining room. Also, you could occasionally hear a small dog barking when the owner had gone out.

Lovely apartment and great location!

Pros: Convenient location to Charlestown. Probably only half a mile away. Gorgeous and clean, well equipped, parking space and early entry which was a real bonus with our grandchildren.

Cons: Nowhere to sit outside but not a deal breaker.
