Pros: The place was good value for money. Nice fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable temperature. Lovely location. Gorgeous surroundings. Easy and friendly to check in and out.

Cons: Foot towel in double room not changed from previous occupant. Pillows and mattresses too soft with little support. Shower curtains dirty and stained at bottom. Couldn't use verandah furniture as filthy dirty and covered in Peacock droppings. In the comments book, many guests were given a welcoming package of fresh bread and other items. We wondered why we didn't have same.

Great.

Pros: Great help from the receptionist chap who came over in the dark and rain to give us the keys in person, knowing we didnt know where we were going otherwise. Most helpful. he also advised on car charging.

Lovely relaxing family break

Pros: The location was amazing, overlooking the woodland. Seeing and hearing all the local wildlife added to the experience. The lodge was stunning. Sitting on the decking, watching the peacocks strolling around, drink in hand watching the sunset, what more could you want.

Cons: Only two little niggles, the lack of a coffee table in lounge area and the low water pressure in showers but neither detracted from a wonderful stay

The loge and the views were wonderful.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and view was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We stayed for 1 night so would have been great to have a small amount of washing up liquid and tea/coffee facilities. But that’s just me being picky as I know not all places provide this. So apart from this, absolutely nothing wrong. Was a very lovely stay.

Perfect everything we needed and great location

Pros: Very welcoming and clean. Lovely surroundings, especially if you like little walks and adventures. Nice restaurant on site where food and staff are 10/10. Jane the host is very friendly and made sure we had all we needed. Would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely stay

Pros: The lodge was amazing. Everything you need inside. Beautifully decorated. Beds made ready for arrival, which is always a bonus . Would definitely recommend it and will definitely return.
