A super cottage with good size rooms and facilities in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend.
Pros: What a wonderful cottage to stay in. Super location and a lovely place to stay with good size rooms and good parking. The location was perfect for Falmouth and surrounding places of interest. Great communication with the people running the cottage with directions etc and the jug of milk on arrival was a great help. Would recommend and will be back.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike it was a lovely stay.

Perfect stay
Pros: Perfect location. Cottage was well equipped. Beds were lovely.
Cons: There was little black beetles in the property. Some of us were quite squeamish. Had to get rid of quite a few. Only thing though. We had a lovely stay.

Family, dog friendly stay
Pros: Cosy clean cottage, well equipped and superbly located for dog friendly beaches nearby. Lovely and quiet with nice walks in the grounds.
Cons: Internet is very intermittent. Do not rely on having any connection. So, having information where the closest food store was would be helpful. We found a lovely store in Constantine.

Situated on a county estate, high standard of decor and everything that you would need.
Pros: Spotlessly clean, very spacious, very well equipped and furnished. In a peaceful location but close to local amenities. Walled garden was lovely with a BBQ provided. Washing machine was helpful.
Cons: Nothing - itβs Cornwall so WiFi is poor, but thatβs to be expected and it didnβt impact us at all.

Beautiful house, fab hosts, perfect for a relaxing break.
Pros: House was much bigger than expected. Gorgeous lounge and dining room and very spacious kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely. Linens all provided and of good quality. Hosts were happy for us to bring our dog (at a small extra charge). Beautiful walks in and around the house. Hosts were super helpful. Lovely touch of a jug of milk in the fridge and tea & coffee. Very clear and useful information about the house and local areas. Would definitely return and recommend.
Cons: It is said that it is secure for dogs - ours is only a young pup and although there is a garden at the back there isn't a completely secure gate - but this was fine as we just kept him on a long lead so he was still able to run around.

Ideal base to stay for an Easter spent with friends and family, an enhanced home from home that treated everybody to som
Pros: Spacious, airy, very well stocked kitchen (great to have extra cutlery and crockery ) and bookshelves. Great space in the dining room. Very comfortable lounge lit with the choice of main or lamp lighting. Two fridges, reliable working oven. luxurious master bedroom, exclusive garden. 3 toilets. Really interesting ornaments and paintings. Plentiful parking, quality accommodation, peaceful and set in a beautiful location.
Cons: The main toilet is too high and the freestanding bath doesnβt seem to be fixed. The kettle needs replacing as it leaks. The front door key area is close set to the door and can catch your fingers. There is a very sharp strut under the dining room table. For me these are minor matters as overall this is an outstanding property. However, the Wi-Fi is hit and miss, which could be a draw back for those dependent on technology or planning to combine work with leisure.
