A very relaxing and restful stay.

Pros: Lovely self contained annex set in a beautiful garden with views of the sea and short walk to the beach.

Cons: Road closure meant it was less straightforward to get to and from Falmouth but it wasn’t a problem.

A wonderful few days, I will definitely be back.

Pros: It is a really spacious and well equipped, self contained annexe. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It also felt very quiet and peaceful tucked out of the way at the bottom of the hotel garden.

Cons: The only issue I had was that I ran out of tea and milk so had to drive into Falmouth to get some. However, usually that wouldn't be an issue because you could just ask at the hotel, but it was closed for some work following the recent storm. It wasn't an issue for me but some might find it a bit of a long walk with luggage etc from the car park to the annexe; there are also a couple of steep steps down which could be tricky for someone less mobile.

A great stay

Pros: The Annex was secluded and allowed us to take day trips and return to a home away from home. It was comfortable, well appointed .

Cons: It was at first difficult to locate and the areas laneways are quite narrow so driving at night was precarious at times.

Great place to stay

Pros: The annexe is at the end of the garden of the hotel. It is super clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is a sofa bed should 4 people stay. The furniture is comfortable, the TV has sky and the bed is super comfortable, we slept better than we have for a long time The meals are good and there's a bar in the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking at the front of the hotel. I would recommend this highly for a stay.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Fantastic space in a lovely garden with large lawn looking out to sea. A 10 minute walk to the beach and easy access into Falmouth by car. The staff were all very friendly. We would love to stay again!

Excellent location and facilities at a great value.

Pros: The property is in a great location. The annex is at the end of the garden of the hotel, very secluded and quiet. Very clean and comfortable for three people. It has all the facilities for self catering, although we enjoyed eating out . However, having the sun setting in front of the annex was lovely for a glass of wine before going out for a meal. Unfortunately internet connection is very poor in the annex, which could be a problem if you need it . I was quite glad I didn’t have the temptation of social media. There is good connection in the hotel where you can work while you have a coffee or a drink. I really wish I had found this property before. My daughter lives in Falmouth and finding accommodation has always been difficult for a decent price.

Comfortable, quiet annexe in lovely location, 5 mins from coast path and beaches.

Pros: Parking on site, friendly welcome, dog friendly, clean, warm and comfortable accommodation, ideal for 2 or 3 people. Quiet location. Cupboard space in bedroom. Kitchen adequately equipped for food prep and cooking. 'welcome basket' with tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Nice bathroom and shower, incl shower gels and shampoo's, communal garden space and outdoor seating and BBQ when weather good. Dog towels available. Clear useful instruction manual about annexe, local sight seeing, refuse/recycling etc. Option to use hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner a bonus, although it wasnt available during our dates. Highly recommend and would visit and book again.

Cons: TV reception poor in windy weather via Sky box. Suggest changing or adding a Firestick for additional/alternative TV viewing. No coat hooks or hanging space for wet or outdoor coats. Bathroom door latch faulty and wouldnt fully shut. No secure garden space for dogs off lead. Bed settee mattress springs very prominent, could do with mattress topper.

A cosy, comfortable, dog-friendly sanctuary.

Pros: We self-catered, with our 2 little dogs, in the extremely well-appointed and pleasant annexe. We dined in the hotel one evening and it was excellent, straightforward but delicious fresh food and a lovely calm, romantic atmosphere in the restaurant and bar. There is a lovely sea view from the garden and only 5 mins drive or walk from Maenporth Beach or 12 mins to Swanpool and Falmouth. An ideal break.
