Very well designed modern house in a great position.
Pros: The location was perfect for us to get to the RCYC every day for our race week. The house worked really well for 3 couples with plenty of space and privacy with a bathroom/shower room for each bedroom. We didn't use the hot tub but I am sure it gets well used. The South West facing garden was a real bonus at the end of the day and for drying our sailing kit. Off street parking for one car is a plus, and it was always possible to find parking spaces along the road for other cars. The views are great!
Cons: There could have been more mugs and the kitchen equipment was quite basic. There was no information about which day the rubbish would be collected, and no compostable liners were provided for the food bin although the instructions said that food waste should be placed in compostable liners. It would have been nice to have more than one drying up cloth in the kitchen, and cotton sheets/pillow cases/duvet covers would have been more comfortable particularly in warm weather than the hot flannel style bed linen.

Pros: House is extremely well appointed and a pleasure to live in.
Cons: Parking is a real issue. Beds are on small.

Perfect stay for Falmouth easy walking into town and house great fir our party of 5
Pros: We loved the open plan kitchen diner And all the windows and sea views were stunning
Cons: Attic room bumped head as tall person in there! Lovely space and windows made it so Light and airy

Pros: Beautifully appointed home with views out over Flushing and Falmouth. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Clean and well maintained hot tub and an easyish walk down the hill into Falmouth. Managed to park one car on the driveway and another across the drive so had no issues with parking. Concise instructions for looking after the property. Would thoroughly recommend it as accommodation in Falmouth.
Cons: There were no issues.
