Stunning Waterfront Apartment With Spectacular Views & Parking at 'CAPTAINS LOFT'

We had a great time!

Pros: Beautiful accommodation, peaceful & stunning views.

Cons: Ability to open windows - we struggled and it was hot!

Pros: Superb accommodation. I stayed for a month in January and was very grateful that it was very warm and snug. Zoe was brilliant- communication was really excellent. I was so sad to leave as it was a wonderful break.

Cons: Parking space was very tight and tricky to navigate.

Relaxing getaway on the water

Pros: Its perfect. Its just on the edge of the energy of the town but really quiet. Two minute walk and you are in the middle of the energy but its perfectly quiet. Sit in your morning seat with a beverage of your choice and watch the life on the water. Superb.

Pros: The views were spectacular! It was very stylish and had everything we needed.

Cons: There was a slight issue on the 1st evening but this was rectified immediately.

Cons: Tight parking (my vehicle is 4.81m long and 1.9m wide without mirrors), but thankfully we were able to get into the garage and fit into the lot with some manoeuvring.

Absolutely perfection!

Pros: An absolutely stunning, spacious luxurious apartment with everything you could possibly need. I woke at 6.30am thinking the lights had been left on upstairs in the living area as it was so bright and as I went up I realised it was the sun coming up over the harbour!! It was absolutely stunning what a view from the lovely bay window!

Cons: It’s difficult could think of any negatives, but the only one thing I would say is there are a few steps up to the apartment and then when you come out more steps to get to street level which are a bit uneven as they’re the original old steps. This alone would be absolutely fine for me and my husband but we took our parents on this occasion and my father in law is a bit unsteady on his feet and has to use a stick. It wasn’t a massive issue as he just took his time, but someone less mobile could find it tricky.

Exceptional.

Pros: The Captain's loft is exactly as shown in the pictures with the apartment beautifully furnished, equipped and with everything you need and more. The views from the upstairs windows were fabulous no matter the weather or time of day. Fantastic location at one end of the town, close to the quays and a great high street with fabulous shops, cafes and restaurants. The Maritime Museum and marina are at the other end of the town, closer to the beaches and train station.. But this is only a short 20 minute walk away.. depending on how quickly you walk... and plenty to see on the way. I have stayed in many different properties in Falmouth, nearly every year for over 50 years. The Captain's Loft has to be one of the best in every way. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Breath taking views, beautifully furnished with everything we needed, great location with safe and secure parking! It was so quiet even though it was a short into the town. Great base to explore Cornwall!
