Pros: Good Basic Accommodation very clean and good location well kept site with good facilities

The accomodation and location was excellent, site facilities not so great.

Pros: Location was great for exploring Lands End, Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Sennen Cove, Zennor, Mousehole and also North Cornwall. The property comfortably accomodated the whole family (8). Fully equiped kitchen with everything needed to stay. Laundry Facilities were good although a bit pricey to wash clothes.

Cons: No parking next to the property, although the car parking was plentiful in main car park on site. Had to turn on the immersion heater and find the location of switches for microwave power etc (all in kitchen - one behind the fridge). The John Fowler facilities were very run down, bar had no draught beers as pumps needed fixing. Arcade area had most machines out of order etc which wasn't brilliant on the wet days we had. Taxi's to and from site stopped very early from Hayle Town, so I would suggest booking in advance.

A charming place in a charming location

Pros: Beautiful place in a lovely setting - there is plenty of room, the facilities are good and clean and the furniture comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Cons: Very few minor issues and nothing that spoilt our stay - could do with a few more mugs, another chair at the dining table, a few spare toilet rolls, a washing up bowl, maybe?
