Would highly recommend to anyone.

Pros: Very clean and very well equipped accommodation. Owner Paul was brilliant, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Hamper was a fantastic surprise. Everything had been very well thought of.

Great property, great location

Pros: Great property and had everything you needed. Clean and nicely decorated. The location was great being 10 min drive to the beach and from the train station in st Erth. The site was quiet and clean. Shop on site was very helpful with young kids. Welcome hamper and goodies were a lovely touch and very thoughtful.

Cons: Nothing to do with the property itself, but some of the facilities at the site (pool and kids playground) felt dated and run down. Pool could have been open for longer hours too.

Pros: Essentials hamper on arrival is a great touch. Everything we needed from a property for our stay was catered for. No complaints for what it cost a great place.

Excellent property, great hospitable hosts and great location.

Pros: Quiet location, lots of things to do on site or locally. Lots of parking available. Loved the welcome basket of goodies, that was a nice touch! Everything was ready to use, lovely and clean though - and I really appreciated the pack of helpful info of the property too.

Cons: Nothing, no down sides at all!

The boys and I had a lovely stay. The house is super, and well-located for visiting our favourite places.

Excellent property, would definitely recommend.

Pros: Very well equipped, clean. Nice touches with basket of food and fridge items. Arrived very late and the lights were on. Great care taken to provide for an elderly family member.

Host was very helpful and available if we needed any help

Pros: All set up for Christmas. Not only decorations downstairs but Christmas duvet covers in all the bedrooms. They even left Christmas goodies for our stay.

Cons: Only a small thing but the shower could have been a little cleaner.
