Sam's retreat

Pros: Beautiful house, Hayle has a extremely underrated beach.

Enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place. Everything there for what we needed. Got in a little earlier. Central to everything. C

Pros: Great place to stay. Close to Lidle. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Sam allowed us to get in an hour earlier, which was great after a 7 hour car drive. Everything available for our stay.

Cons: Parking was a tight squeeze to get into, but I have a big car, ok for a smaller one. Would be good to have a washing machine if staying longer.

Pros: Nice, cozy and clean. Also, Sam was very helpful and ensured a worry free stay.

Pros: The property was very immaculate and beautiful. We absolutely love this lovely house. We will 100% rebook this for our next holidays.

Pros: Excellent house for a family stay while exploring Cornwall. The home is comfortable, well-located, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was fantastic—very responsive and great with communication, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Pros: Everything, the house was a good size, it was excellent value for money. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was clean and central. Definitely would stay again and you will not find better value in the area.

Cons: Driveway is a bit tight. But this should be seems as a bonus as no other house's in the area have off street parking so just have someone help you and you won't have any issues. Reverse down the street and it's a breeze.

Was a short stay but was what I needed for myself and 2 grown up sons, plenty of space for all of us

Pros: House was nice and clean, well presented. Owner was contactable when needed

Cons: Well not much he could do about it but the roads driving up to the house! Had to drive on the pavement at one point as cars parked up and very narrow lanes. The car parking space quite difficult to get into but manageable although not sure if a wider car would be able to get into the space. Patience and a lot of care - don't have parking assistance so may be easier for other people. LOL

Pros: It’s a lovely cottage, tastefully decorated and very clean.

Recommended property

Pros: Excellent facilities, clean, comfortable, everything required for a mini stay was provided. Tastefully furnished, ideally located for roads and public transport. Lots of information provided to ensure we were aware of key provision, parking etc. Would highly recommend this property, and we will book it again. Good tv, Netflix etc, strong wifi signal, good shower, nice box of biscuits to welcome us

Cons: The furniture was very classy, but being older, would have welcomed the extra comfort of a traditional sofa. Just a personal choice. Everything about this property was a welcome surprise
