Beautiful, tranquil setting

Pros: Amazing setting, beautiful grounds with a lovely lake, and a walking trail. It was tranquil after a busy day site seeing.

Cons: Slight plumbing issue, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Pros: In a very nice place everything you needed except hair dryer staff were easy to get on with and kept every thing lovely

Cons: The only thing to fault was the very hard uncomfortable bed needs new matteress

For a peaceful relaxing holiday this place has delivered both times I’ve stayed.

Pros: Perfect place for a quiet getaway. The apartment has everything you need and makes for a good base from which to explore both Cornwall and Devon.

Cons: I was prepared for the additional electric payment as I’d stayed at the same property previously but I still think it should be included in the price quoted on Booking.com and not be an extra. Even allowing for the electric charge it remains good value.

Pros: Loved it here, beautiful grounds with a waterfall and a fishing lake. Our apartment was spotless with everything you needed. Can't wait to book up for next year.

Cons: On booking com it states that there is free WiFi there but we had to pay £20 for it with our bank card over the phone to a company that isn't connected to our property.

Fabulous place wonderful grounds great apartment

Pros: The location was very quiet although nothing was too far away eateries and supermarkets etc The apartment and grounds were both above our expectations

Cons: can't think of anything really that would have been an improvement all was better than we anticipated for the price
