Perfect stay location and mini break

Pros: The cottage and surroundings were amazing.the little touch of cream tea was a lovely touch.the area round the cottage is beautiful and so nice to relax after been out walking the dogs for 4/5 hours would definitely recommend

Perfect in every way

Pros: The house had everything we needed and more. Clare was really welcoming and helpful. Stunning peaceful, location full of wildlife

Peaceful and beautiful location aside a creek with large decking and seating area.

Pros: Beautiful, peaceful location. Excellent sized property with great decking and a terrace. Quality fittings and very clean. Lovely location in quiet village with a great inn and restaurant.

Cons: Shower in downstairs bathroom was only on very hot water.

It was the perfect little stay for our family of 4 and our 1 year old Cockapoo.

Pros: Everything we needed and the location was great. Little extra's like dishwashing tablet we forgot and some Jam was there, so just makes the stay a little more convenient. Loved everything and we will be back

Cons: The Spiral staircase was a challenge, but that was about it.

Pros: Location was just beautiful, amazing to see the tide come in and out.

Cons: The staircase was more narrow than we expected and was a little daunting at the beginning, but we got used to it.

Perfect for families

Pros: Amazing location, so quiet and we really enjoyed the views over the creek. The property was perfect for us as a family and had everything we could have needed (even plastic plates/cups for kids). Very easy to get to lots of places from and was no more than a 10 minute drive to Padstow. Sadly we didn't get a visit from the resident swans but there were plenty of ducks to feed!

Cons: Smaller bedroom blind is very thin so is a bright room but wasn't a problem for us. Well prepared for children but no stair gate at the bottom of the spiral stairs could be an issue for younger children.

Brilliant little place and would love to return.

Pros: Just a perfect little hide away. Everything you need supplied, accommodated for or organised.

Pros: Perfect location for our needs House was small but had everything we needed from a holiday property. Little touches about welcome pack and use of items such as coffee machine were great The external deck overlooking the creek was a delightful place to spend time, especially watching the tide rise & fall

Pros: The location is amazing , a beautiful little house and was so clean and lovely

Cons: The stairs are a bit dangerous if you’re not careful on them , you can’t put your hand fully around the hand rail and can only step on the outside of the spiral staircase and they are quite slippery , it’s not ideal while carrying a baby or child , maybe an idea to put something with a bit of grip on them to make you a bit more secure ? Other than that , it’s so lovely and the host wrote a card and left biscuits and the location is so beautiful!!

Pros: Everything but the decking with access to the creek and the balcony from the main bedroom were really lovely.
