One of the very best stays we have in in Cornwall in recent years.

Pros: Beautiful property, well laid out and in a peaceful location. Everything you need in the property.

The whole holiday village is lovely with hydrangeas lining the pathways and great dog walking fields.

Pros: The property was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Loved ‘the den’ upstairs on the landing area and the decor was unique.

Cons: The large front wooden window was starting to rot and the paint needs touching up ideally just as you enter via the front door.

Pros: We loved the amount of space the house had to offer. There was ample crockery and utensils for 12 people. Seven stayed in the house. The others were our visitors. The decor is different but lovely. Katie the resort supervisor was extremely helpful and very informative. Thank you Katie. 🙂

Cons: The very small bedside tables.

Pros: Property is beautiful location is good if you have car but would be difficult without. Property was basically clean but rubbish had been left in bins baking trays had not been washed and outside deck was covered in leaves and outside furniture covered in cob webs. I give this Property a 7 out of 10 but would easily be 9 out of 10 if cleaning had been done properly. Also took 4 visits to reception to report issues as no one there on 3 visits and no reply to telephone call to number on door to contact reception.

Cons: Sorry this is wrong way round a lovely property

Would stay again here - alternative villa

Pros: The location - the villa facilities and space including a parking bay outside the property - lovely grounds dog friendly with lovely dog fields and woodland walk

Cons: The decor very garish and busy and too much going on -as allergy sufferers a lot of the decor was dust collectors- rugs pillows etc - heating system very hot most mornings woke up to 27.5 c which was far too hot - two sinks down stairs the plugs didn’t work - hall way ant infestation by cracked floor tiles - needs some redecoration -

Suited us very well and would definitely recommend.

Pros: Location was perfect for us with family nearby but either way, easy to get on the road and out to visit places. The house decor was fun and it was very comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: We would have liked to have a second set of keys (admittedly we didn’t ask at the time, so not sure if that was an option).

Pros: How unique it was So different from anything we have stayed in

Excellent villa with lots of space and amenities to feel like a very posh home from home.

Pros: The location was great, being close to key sightseeing spots, such as The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and a relatively easy drive to Newquay and Rock.

Cons: The WiFi was not as strong as it could be, with two teenager boys. They informed me that when their apps/games on returning to the villa after a day out and about, it was running a bit slow. Very first world problems!
