Great location would be v happy to stay there again

Pros: Idéal location for what we were doing: sailing Enterprise Nationals event, boats were on the promenade. Plenty of space for the six of us. Really useful to have a car parking space on the front!

Cons: When the bath is running on the first floor you can’t get water on the top floor. A bit awkward when 4 of us needed shower/ bath after racing
