Great location in centre of Looe. Comfortable and clean.

Pros: Fantastic location very close to all amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing big kitchen which had everything you needed.

Cons: En-suite bathroom. Very difficult for a family of four to all shower as it was very small. Would be great if the downstairs bathroom had a shower instead of a bath, as that bathroom is very large. The patio area was dirty and we were unable to sit out as the birds throw the dirt out of the gutters. I did clean the table but within a few hours it was covered again.

Family holiday

Pros: Location is exceptional. With the great weather during our stay, a 1 minute walk to the beach was ideal. Having a designated parking space at the seafront is another huge bonus.

Cons: There was no down side to the property for us during our stay!

Great cottage, Great location

Pros: The location of the cottage is great and the allocated parking really useful. The cottage interior is stunning with everything you could wish for. The beds were very comfortable. The whole cottage was spotlessly clean and really well equipped.

Cons: The outside space to the rear wasn't really usable. Everything is smothered in bird droppings and although we did clean the table down overall not pleasant out there. Also there is scaffolding up. The whole area needs a tidy up which is a big contrast to the interior of the cottage which is immaculate.
