Pros: It's a lovely house, brilliantly located and nicely furnished

Cons: The house is starting to look a bit tired. The builders next door are noisy and make it difficult to enter the drive. No instructions on the code for the key box or how to get on to the WiFi, the oven and hobs are a bit of a mystery to operate and the hob has cracks on the edge.
