Great if you're always in your car. No busses!
Pros: Perfect location for driving i to Newquay. Ideal for a small family.
Cons: No one's fault, but no bus access due to location on bend on busy road. Taxi was £30+ each way.

Amazing stay
Pros: Everything, I could not fault the mini house or the area. It's an amazing base for if you want to explore Cornwall. The site has a cafe, restaurant, swimming pools, activities, leisure centre, the list goes on. The venue was clean and tidy. The pictures honestly don't do this house justice. It's so much bigger in person! The rooms are HUGE, everything you need is there, it's like being in your own home! You can tell it's a very loved home/holiday stay. The only thing I would say is parking can be a bit sparce, we were lucky with going out of season, but theres plenty of parking just might have to park away from the house at times if busy and walk a bit. Donna was amazing with communication and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before even arriving! I highly recommend, and im sure we will re-book at some point in the future. Thank you!

Great place to stay
Pros: Springer Villa offered great facilities and it was a perfect place to retreat to after a long day.
Cons: Parking was sometimes an issue, as not enough parking during the sites busy periods. Also, due to being privately owned, we were unable to use the facilities of the site. Swimming, gym etc.

The perfect little house
Pros: The villa was perfect. The hosts had thought of everything to make it a real home from home. It was spotless, cosy and comfortable. The location was great for local sightseeing. We'd definitely book to stay again.

Great for families, homely and comfortable.
Pros: We loved the look and feel of the property, felt like an Airbnb. Was great to come home to each night and the kids loved it. Pity we didn’t have full access to the facilities at Atlantic Reach but at the price we paid we completely understand.
