Cons: No washing machine and bin bags

Lovely family stay

Pros: Location is very good. Close to lots of places. Was quiet considering there were lots of people around. There was everything you needed from towels, cooking utensils to an iron. The hosts were very quick at replying to messages.

Cons: The property was lovely. Had everything we needed. The only slight let down was the cleanliness. Overall the property was clean but there were lots of cobwebs high and low and the sofas had quite a bit of dirt under them.

Really excellent. It worked for three generations. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable.

Pros: The location on a busy but spacious holiday park was lovely. Quiet, overlooking fields. Probably the best location on the site! Of course Newquay and the huge beaches for bodyboarding were a huge hit. Rob was an amazing host. Arranged for us to arrive two hours early, and leave slightly later. All great with little children. He also arranged for my favourite jumper to be posted back to me!

Cons: It would have been helpful to have the fact about not being able to use the pools onsite highlighted at the point of booking. It was in the smallprint about the house.

A lovely stay in the country.

Pros: The house was comfortable and generally in good condition and was a good place to stay for two families with young boys. It is peaceful and a good size. It is warm and bright.

Cons: Our friends found the downstairs double bed too soft for two adults and the kitchen needed a little cleaning when our friends first arrived.

Wonderful stay at Primrose Cottage

Pros: Really lovely, spacious comfortable house. We had everything we could need to make our stay wonderful. Beautiful countryside views from the windows and lovely comfy beds. Had breakfast outside at the table as the sun shines directly at the house from early morning. Rob was immediately available to answer any quirys we had and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be booking to stay again as soon as we can.

Cons: Having to leave!

We had a great time, Atlantic reach is a great resort. Even though we couldn’t use swimming pool etc.

Pros: The cottage was lovely and in a great location. Very comfortable.

Cons: The cottage was not very clean.

5* would happily book again in future

Pros: Little extras left by the host, cream tea and essentials like milk sugar tea bags etc. Plenty of storage space and room to move around easily. Loved the addition of appliances such as slow cooker and hair dryer (although didn't use). Plenty of instructions left for all the appliances plus recommendations for places to go and local Chinese takeaway ( which was amazing. Had the opportunity to stay longer for a small fee although we were unable to but would've loved to.

Great little stopover.

Pros: The setting was great, lovely outdoor table to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. Great for three couples with a bedroom and bathroom each. Enough seating for the 6 of us. Plenty of room. Internet quick and responsive.

We had a great stay at primrose cottage, good sized property in a good location

Pros: The size of the property was perfect for us, 3 bathrooms were great as was outside space for drying wetsuits.

Cons: The sheet on the kingsize bed was really old and bobbly, we had to remove it, not nice. There was only 1 toilet roll in the house which was strange and no dishwasher tabs. The oven was not cleaned before our stay, we didn’t use it. We were really surprised that there was no real shop on site to speak of, a surprise for the size of the park. We got t-rolls from a hut in the campsite as directed to by the leisure centre and cafe-sold per roll?!?

Great base to explore Cornwall for us and our friends from Canada. had a great week in the area.

Pros: very clean and great location. excellent communication and information pack sent before arrival.
