Gannel Hideaway

It was a very nice a cosy place and comfortable and was in a great location near to fistral beach

Pros: It was easy to find and was a great place near to all the locations you wanted to go and see

Cons: It was very hot inside the apartment when coming back from your trip but they had a fan to cool it down because of the hot weather but once left the sliding door open for a while it was great and the wifi didn't work to well

Perfect cosy pad for exploring Newquay

Pros: Lovely little apartment in a perfect location for exploring Newquay's town and beaches. Situated at the back of the host's property on a residential road but accessed through a private entrance so feels like your own space and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The terrace has a great view of the gannel. The apartment itself was clean and cosy but more than adequate for a couple with everything you need for simple meals (just no oven). Being able to park on the drive was a huge bonus as not always easy in Newquay. Peter was great - greeted us on arrival and gave us the tour. We had an excellent time (helped by the glorious weather) and would definitely stay again!

Pros: Really comfortable, no issues with the property, the one comment I would mention is that it gets very hot inside due to facing the sun but can’t really do anything about that. The owner was really pleasant and couldn’t be more kind.

Cons: It is an annex inside someones garden. This isn’t well advertised as such, so came as a bit of a shock, what surprised me is that it didn’t feel like I was in a annex to someones house and I felt comfortable with my stay. Was concerned if I was being too loud but no one stated otherwise.

Cosy, clean and comfortable

Pros: Very high standard of cleanliness, super cosy and comfortable and a lovely location as base for a holiday alone or as a couple!

Cons: There nothing to dislike! Extremely well maintained property and super friendly owner :)

Pros: Facilities were great, lovely kitchen area and view. Bed was very comfortable. More than enough space to put things. Quaint and perfect for me and my partner. Peter was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He left us to our own devices but was available when we needed anything.

Cons: Would have liked an airer just to dry our towels and beach towels after use. Would have liked an oven or an air fryer just to cook big meals. Otherwise we were very happy and would consider returning.

A comfy and clean base for exploring beautiful Cornwall

Pros: The apartment was clean, bright and comfy. The apartment itself as well as the furniture were of good quality, looked appealing yet simple, and seemed quite new/in good shape. It was quiet and we could really be on our own. Instructions were clear. Location wise, the center of Newquay with shops and pubs was easily accessible by foot, the beautiful bay next to the apartment was perfect for walks and beach activities, and the private parking as well as the central location facilitated exploring Cornwall by car.

Cons: Cooking small and simple stuff like breakfast was fine but anything more would have been tricky with the given utilities and utensils.

Pros: Bardzo miły właściciel , w obiekcie czysto , świetna lokalizacja . Bardzo polecam !
