Excellent location and views with parking, property in need of some TLC

Pros: The views were amazing, the property had parking, there was plenty of space

Cons: Generally the property was tired and needed some maintenance, the kitchen tap continually dripped, one toilet continually flowed and the kitchen cabinets and draws didn't all close properly.
