Would definitely book again

Pros: The property was comfortable well designed convenient warm. Lovely layout.

Cons: The TV was old we couldn’t stream from it and the CD player was broke. it’s really the only thing that let the property down would book again but would really like a new TV please, and some sharp knives 🙏😊

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Location was great and easy to get to the Cornish coastline Clean and comfortable for 2 adults or small family Ample parking Friendly neighbours 😁 Really appreciated the welcome gift of milk and cookies thank you.

Cons: I was a little confused by the listing as said 4 adults only and no children yet there was a set of bunk beds that an average sized adult would have difficulty getting into top bunk and a shelf of children’s games and videos. No cupboard space for shopping sadly - well equipped kitchen though thank you

Spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4

Pros: It was very spacious and warm. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy parking. Easy to find. Everything worked so no complaints there. Very clean

Cons: It states wifi but didn't seem to have any I contacted the number around an issue lighting the fire but no response which is poor. We did get it to work but that's not the point It's a very long walk to Padstow (over a mile, up hill on the return and no pavements) I'm sure in the summer this would be ok but not in the winter
