Beach Road- short walk to Charlestown

Wonderful property and an amazing location

Pros: This was a really lovely property that felt very welcoming and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Good location, comfortable and easy house for a few nights.

Pros: The property was in a great location for us, had easy off road parking and was clean and tidy.

Cons: We found the bed very small but other than that, it was fine. Some instructions on how to use the washer/dryer would have been helpful. We live in tropical Australia and hadn’t come across this combo. We managed to wash ok but the drying was a challenge, Google wasn’t that helpful either 😁

Pre-Easter break in Cornwall

Pros: Kitchen was well appointed. Sitting room was fine although sofa a little austere. Bedrooms were comfortable and the overall house was ideal for a short break. Location was ideal for us as a base to visit some sites; but a little far away if you're looking for a sea view or 2 minute jaunt to the coast. On the plus side it was right next to a bunch of restaurants and within 3 minutes drive to a supermarket and source of fish and chips. House was nicely warm and no shortage of hot water. The house manager was very swift to respond and very helpful.

Cons: Sofa was a little uncomfortable for me. My other half said it was fine though. Beds were comfortable but standard doubles - so a bit tight for those of us with a bit of a tummy.

Great location.

Pros: Ideal location for visiting the Eden Project and the Lost gardens of Heligan, as well as Mevagissey and Charlestown. Loved the decor -gave a very 'coastal' feel. Warm and cosy with everything we needed.

Cons: The towels and tea towel were a bit 'musty'. Possibly not effectively dried? Tumble drying costs more but it gets towels drier and softer. Everything else was fine.

Pros: It was convenient to be able to walk to a dog friendly beach. A pleasant house and garden. Plenty of essentials supplied. The location was convenient.

Cons: Instructions for the bin, these need to be updated! It would be useful to have local walks in the welcome folder.

Great stay would more than happy to book again.

Pros: The property was very clean modern and fully equipped. Great location for beaches and food places and Charles town was great.

Cons: Loved the property but the if I had to change anything I would change the sofa.

A lovely stay

Pros: A lovely stay here. A really nice house close to the Eden Project. All very clean and tidy and the host left us some chocolates too which was a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: This place is truly exceptional. It gives off such a warm and welcoming vibe, making it feel just like home - incredibly cozy and spacious, with a bed that's so comfortable and all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is just perfect!

Cons: Upon arrival at the property, we noticed a few minor cleanliness concerns. There were some hairs, possibly from shaving, in the bathroom sink, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned, and the window appeared to be dusty. Additionally, using a high-quality fabric conditioner for the towels and bed linens could improve their scent.
