Fantastic stay in a beautiful home from home Lodge

Lovely cozy place

Pros: Property was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped

Cons: It wasn’t well cleaned, it was a bit too dusty.

Apart from the access and communication issues we unfortunately experienced, our holiday was very good and the property

Pros: - Beautiful interior and modern design - caravan facilities of a high quality - external decking area is a nice addition - gorgeous countryside location close to the beaches of Newquay - wifi in caravan which is needed as there is no signal in the area

Cons: - whilst it was cleaned to a decent standard prior to our arrival, when we unfolded the sofa to make the sofa bed there were old biscuit crumbs from previous guests within the sofa crevices which made us feel a little dirty - we had access issues upon arrival following a 7 hour journey to the site. The key code provided did not work on the safe box and it took over an hour to gain access to the caravan which was only possible due to the on-site maintenance team forcing open and breaking off the safe box. Thankfully resolved by on-site team, without them we would have been stuck as the owner of our caravan was not contactable via phone after numerous attempts to get in touch to explain our situation upon arrival. - The general communication with the owners of the property was not great. Whilst they did answer all messages on the booking website, they seemed reluctant to answer phone calls and this made us feel uncomfortable when travelling such a far distance. Especially when you want to make contact prior to the journey to ensure there are no issues with your stay and to help answer any general queries you may have before your arrival.

Pros: The property is a well maintained caravan, with all required facilities such as kitchen, bathroom, towels, bed, wardrobes, linen, cookware, cutlery, kettle, bread toaster, oven/ grill, parking, tv, heater, sofa etc. We did not expect it to have all the necessities such as above.

Cons: The property is a bit tricky to find owing to the fact that its situated within a huge premise with rows and rows of caravans.

Pros: Everything, Literally everything it was just awesome.

Cons: There’s nothing we disliked
