Pros: Lovely caravan. Would highly recommend 👍. Nice and warm with a great shower. It's got all the facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

First time in Cornwall and I will be back

Pros: Lovely clean caravan, very warm. It was fantastic for a new years get away. Milk and chocolates left were a lovely touch. Very easy to communicate with the owners about check in.

Pros: Steve fiona made us feel very welcome loved everything ❤️ so much appreciate the wine chocolate and biscuits 😋 and very nice Christmas 🎄 excellent stay woukd come again 😀 my time three with my daughter and partner was like being at home 🏡 thank again for a wonderful holiday will definitely recommend 😀

Cons: Just the hover wasn't great and kitchen bin was broken but apart from that just a formal notice that yiu may not know...

Pros: Quiet and local to where we were travelling to and from

Perfect caravan that felt like home, the best stay we could have wished for (the dogs had the time of her life too!)

Pros: From the point of booking Steve and Fiona have made the whole experience great. Arrival was seamless, and once we got inside the caravan everything was absolutely spotless and better than we could have imagined. We were kindly left some milk and biscuits which were a godsend as we had left ours at home and arrived late at night! The heating in the caravan was great, the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in and my husband is very upset to have left the extremely powerful shower behind! The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed and the balcony was enclosed meaning the dog was safe and sound all of the time we were on the site. There is a small shop on site and whilst the beach isn’t walkable, it is only 5 minutes drive to Watergate Bay and 15-20 to Newquay town beaches We could not have wished for a more perfect stay and we are already looking at booking for next year!! Thank you so much

Fabulous 😀

Pros: The caravan was immaculate, fresh and modern. It had all the things you need for a comfortable stay, Central heating and a powerful shower was great! There was also a hairdryer. We found the bed very comfortable. Great location, we visited many places with our pooch. Great Hosts who even left us milk and a packet of biscuits on arrival.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Fantastic Location

Pros: Great caravan in a lovely setting, close to Porth beach, Newquay town and Wayergate Bay.

Cons: It is only a minor point but the bed pillows and mattress were too soft for us. This is based on personal preference and choice, which we appreciate may not be the same for others.

Overall good!

Pros: Nice caravan, everything we needed was there. Nice clean site.

Cons: Beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros: Everything its was home from home and the location was a bonus. The caravan was immaculate and loved every minute even got in earlier due to 9 hour drive
