Pros: Great location with good views, nicely furnished and really cosy. Brilliant for couples.
Cons: Just a few little things, could do with a hair dryer and iron and ironing board. A coffee machine would be good π but overall it was great.

Perfect and a good price for a two night stay.
Pros: Clean, tidy, basic furnishings, good shower, adequate kitchen.
Cons: There were many stairs, tricky for 4 x 65 year olds! Would be fine for young families/couples.

Pros: Modern extension to owners house. Thoughtfully done, with some very nice touches. Well equipped. Ownerβs are friendly and helpful, but absolutely respectful of your privacy. Very good parking. Great views from your own little balcony.
Cons: For us (pensioners), the stairs were much too steep. Access from road has steep steps as well.

Cool quirky little house.
Pros: Quirky little house, good location to the beach and pubs. The kitchen was great, and once we figured out how to use the induction hob, it was very easy to use. We loved watching the cows and calfs in the field opposite. The house was nice and peaceful, and the smart tv provided a good coverage of various streaming services.
Cons: Could do with a freezer even if it's a small one at the top of the fridge. We always bring a cool box and couldn't use it as we couldn't get the freezer packs cold. The only other point would be some larger towels, but that's not too much of an issue.

A place to stay!
Pros: Amazing location, just 8min walking to the beach. There's also a really good pub next to the beach, Unicorn, with amazing food and really nice staff. The host was super helpful and quick ro reply to any queries. The house is very cosy, ideal for a small family, the TV in the living room has a smart box with all the stream services, and you have nearly everything in the house thar you need for your holidays or short breaks. Bigger shops like Tesco are only 15min drive, and you are also fairly central to Cornwall itself (Healeys farm (15min), St Ives (45min), Port Isaac (45 min), ect) - so you don't need to drive for ages. The beach is really nice, not too busy, when the tidy is low it creates an amazing place for the kids, however the sea can be rough.
Cons: Nothing major and did not impact our stay, and we plan to return back later this Summer, but the stairs to the main room are really steep, and can be tricky to go up even for younger couples (our kids were afraid to go up), there's no freezer, so the kids had to eat the ice cream in one go (as you can imagine they were extremely sad about it π
), also the back garden could do with a tidy up, loads of weeds growing and there's an huge shed that takes most of the space there, if the shed was removed or replaced by a smaller one, that would give so much space at the back. But like I said, it didn't affect our stay and we plan to return soon.

Perfect.
Pros: Absolutely lovely space in a truly stunning location! It is compact but space has been utilised perfectly. The Nook is a spotless, extremely well equipped, modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable space. We had a lovely stay!
Cons: Two minor comments would be that the hot tap can run very hot and the single beds are slightly springy, but the Nook is still incredible value for money.

A lovely quiet get away
Pros: Lovely location for going on hikes or just to get away. Itβs in a very quiet area. You have very little road noise. Sofa is super comfortable, nearly fell asleep on it a few times. It is a very cosy building and has a lovely feel. There is a very good pub down the hill with a fun atmosphere βThe unicorn on the beachβ. I also got to see an Otter swimming down the coast which is a first for me. There is an RAF base nearby so there is a rare possibility of seeing some unique aircraft, as an aviation geek i enjoyed this.
Cons: As basically everyone mentioned in their reviews, the stairs to the master bedroom is somewhat close to being a ladder. If you are mobility impaired or planning on drinking i donβt recommend it. (There are two single beds downstairs) The lighting is done over wifi. I had it randomly turn off every now and then. When a power cut happens it turns the main bedroom light on. Jump scared me a few times during my stay. (I went during a red weather warning, 50-90mph winds, so the power cuts were completely understandable). This is just a heads up to anyone also travelling in bad weather.
