5 mins walking distance of restaurants and beach

Pros: The views from the lounge and especially the mezzanine level were lovely. Very close to centre of St Mawes (about 2 minute walk down a hill or steps to the harbour).

Cons: Almost impossible to unload luggage at property as the road isn't wide enough for any vehicle so easier to park in main car park and walk from there (about 5 mins walk away)
