Lovely comfortable and warm stay

Pros: Beautiful small but cosy cottage. Very clean and warm on our arrival. Great location to get out and about visiting various locations in Cornwall.

Cons: Needs a little TLC in some places

Pros: Perfect for our couple of nights stay. Close to town and all amenities which was great. Easy check in

Cons: Little tricky to find to park the car but easy enough to just use the car park in town instead

We stayed for a week and it was lovely good value for money many lovely towns within a 10-20 minute radius amazing cafes

Pros: nice and quiet and cosy with a hot tub and private garden

Cons: The shower was a bit small but still fully functional

Lovely stay in cute cottage - dogs loved it

Pros: Cottage was cute and had everything we could’ve needed Location was great for travelling to lots of dog friendly beaches/areas of interest and attractions Hot tub and bbq were great additions Dogs loved the outdoor space

Cons: Sofa was uncomfortable Shower was quite small/difficult to use but appreciate that it’s as big as it can be in the space A lot of noise during the day from neighbouring building works on one side and a childcare centre / nursery the other side

Great property and location

Pros: Everything about the cottage was excellent. Easy to walk into St Austell. Easy to drive elsewhere. Decor and facilities were nice to. Good private parking. Hot tub was nice . Hubby has got rheumatoid arthritis and it helped his joints. There's a bbq but we didn't get a chance to use it. We had a problem with the pull cord in the shower room. A quick message to report it and a guy turned up later that day,Saturday afternoon, and replaced the pull cord. Can't fault that service. I'd definitely stay again.
