Thoroughly enjoyable. Would recommend this property.
Pros: The host went the extra mile and had put up a tree. There was milk in the fridge and some complimentary cookies. The cottage was warm, comfortable and very well-equipped.
Cons: Itβs a bit off the beaten track, but still a reasonable drive to shops, pubs and places of interest.

We were very happy with the house & managed to do a lot of sightseeing as planned.
Pros: It was a lovely house, fully equipped, comfortable, clean and tidy. The host was very helpful and easy to contact.
Cons: Our only problem was with transport. Although the location was very pretty, it would probably be best suited to people with their own car/transport. The buses are few and far between, so we needed to use taxis on a daily basis. This is of course not actually related to the property, which we loved, but the location.

Highly recommend this property.
Pros: The property was in a lovely location close to Gorran Haven beach. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The single beds were very soft, but adequate for our 3 night stay. Overall a fantastic price for a lovely cottage.
Cons: The single beds were too soft.

Pros: Very thoughful and very considered accomodation. Excellent pre-arrival instructions, accomodation spotless and ready for us when we arrived. Lots of consideration taken into a warm welcome - tea, coffee and biscuits (milk in the fridge!) all ready for when you arrive, lots of guidance about the local area with practical tips. Chris (owner) keeps in touch with you check things are OK, and can arrange things like food delivery from the local shop, or having the lights on if you are arriving after dark. Accomodation is exactly as described - perfectly comforable and suitable for families. Everything is well labelled with clear instructions.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like.
