Beautiful location in Carbis Bay , Welcoming hosts , lovely breakfasts . It is a hilly location but

Pros: Very good breakfast , comfortable room , welcoming hosts, excellent location

Cons: Bathroom in room a little snug but we were well aware of this as we have stayed before . They have made one room which has a much larger bathroom which is beautifully appointed

Pros: Hosts Margaret & Martin were delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed their excellent breakfasts. The location is convenient to the train or bus for travel to St Ives, or to the beach.

Perfect for solo travellers. The best location in Carbis beach. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff

Pros: The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and good restaurants, a short train trip to St. Ives. The sea view from the bedroom is spectacular! The breakfast is delicious and the owners are kind, awesome and helpful!

Short stay with friends in Carbis Bay.

Pros: Friendly hosts who made us feel at home. Extremely comfortable room with a lovely view of the sea. Freshly cooked breakfasts each morning and cosy lounge to sit in with friends during an evening. Carbis bay is a short distance from St Ives, so provides a good location for walking and travelling about. It's an area worth visiting and the beach is also lovely.

Cons: I can't think or anything.

The owners were extremely welcoming and very down to earth

Pros: Both Martin & Margaret were welcoming hosts who were there should you need them. The place is not far from the beach (best I have been to).

Cons: If you don't like going up hills and not fairly fit then you might struggle as I found out. Need to get fit asap.but would definitely come back again.

Cozy and relaxing

Pros: Cozy room with great views. Located in Carbis Bay, in a nice area, close to the train station and beach.
