Holiday Home with a Hot tub

Great value for money, great hosts, great location.

Pros: Sue and Chris were lovely hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful when I had any queries regarding what facilities they have for our 1 year old, very quick to respond. They provided a travel cot with mattress and sheet, a high chair that straps to the dining chairs, plenty of kids plates, cups and cutlery too. The place was spotless and very cosy. Lovely to have a bath, walk in shower and a hot tub. Kitchen is very well kitted out. Loads of storage. Lovely quiet park. Great location for seeing the local area. 15 minutes drive from most local attractions.

Cons: A bin that has space for recycling would have been good :)

A comfortable, relaxing base to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer.

Pros: A well presented property which is ideally located as a base to travel around Cornwall. The property is tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities needed to make it a home from home, the hot tub is especially nice to relax after a long day. Plenty of towels and bedding provided, and the living and bedroom areas are comfortable and clean. The property is well stocked with furniture and items to make the stay convenient and relaxing, such as loads of USB outlets, shower and bath options, dining space and a spacious deck area. Lots included without ever feeling cramped which can happen in other properties like this that I’ve stayed in.

Cons: The only issue I had was the inflexibility of the beds in the second bedroom. It would have suited our needs to be able to move one of the beds to accommodate the travel cot, which was provided by the host. However, I must say that this is more to do with a limitation of this type of property rather than a reflection on the host, and not everyone will require a travel cot so this won’t apply to most people staying there.

Pros: Central location, easy access across Cornwall. Clean, modern facilities, fabulous hot tub for the great weather we had (in April?) ☀️

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Property was excellent spotless with extras like coffee machine and dishwasher with tablets

We had a lovely few days relaxing in the hot tub and fishing for my husband. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros: The place was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, not too far from some great places to visit. The host provided an amazing guide with all things to help you enjoy your stay, things such as great places to eat. The jacuzzi for own use, we really need break from the city and few days there give us chance to recharge the batteries. They prep the house with Christmas decors and leave some sticker for my son to put on the windows that was lovely add on!

Pros: Home from home, absolutely loved it! So peaceful and relaxing, hosts were fab too!

Enjoyed our stay could not fault the location and the tidiness of the park.

Pros: The location was ideal we could travel to areas on a good main road A390, The weather was good. The park was not over crowded.

Cons: Though the accommodation was clear a tidy brand new i fact. But the beds were too soft. I think if the park was well occupied you would be looking into each other’s windows not much privacy the hot tub especially.

Pleasant, relaxing, wonderful

Pros: The home was very clean, comfortable and with everything you would need for your stay thoughtfully in the cupboards. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso (classic capsules) machine there. Also, towels were provided which was helpful. Fast wifi in the home and across the site. There was a sponge, cloths and dishwasher tabs already there for us. The high point for us was the hot tub, we loved it. There is a maintenance man who comes round to do checks which was surprising the first time! The site was clean and quiet, we used the swimming pool which was fun and during summer is open till 8pm, and had a good walkabout. The cafe is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The little on site shop had some useful things if you needed them. Took less than 10 minutes to get to a major shopping store and everything felt accessible.

Cons: we would have brought coffee pods and dishwasher tabs with us if we had known, and we brought towels just in case. But these weren't negatives at all!
